Ana Maria Dantas Leite, pós-graduada em administração e gestão de pessoas, fala um pouco na entrevista a seguir sobre o trabalho da Ouvidoria interna do Banco do Brasil.
A unidade foi criada há dois anos e vem garantindo que as manifestações dos funcionários estejam presentes no aprimoramento das políticas e práticas de gestão de pessoas.
Este ano, de acordo com a ouvidora interna, Ana Dantas, um dos principais projetos é a criação da Ouvidoria itinerante.

Ana Maria Dantas Leite - A Ouvidoria interna foi criada em fevereiro de 2005. Fui para a unidade com o propósito de construir um projeto de Ouvidoria interna. Antes dessa unidade, o banco possuía um canal para tirar dúvidas, o RH responde.
A Ouvidoria vai falar - Quais são as ações prioritárias para 2007?
Ana Dantas - Este ano temos como prioridade a criação da Ouvidoria itinerante. Vamos sair de Brasília e ir até os estados para ouvir as pessoas nos seus locais de trabalho, porque um dos nossos papéis é estar monitorando o clima organizacional. Já iniciamos essas visitas. Dessa forma, estamos criando vínculos em cada estado e fazendo parcerias. Vamos assim consolidar o papel da Ouvidoria interna nesses lugares. Nosso papel principal é resgatar a cidadania e humanizar as relações no ambiente de trabalho. Ainda este ano, também vamos colocar em prática um plano de comunicação para que 90% dos funcionários conheçam o papel da Ouvidoria interna.
A Ouvidoria vai falar - Qual o tipo de manifestação mais recorrente?
Ana Dantas - Antes de responder essa questão é preciso explicar que existem dois tipos de Ouvidoria no banco: a Ouvidoria externa, voltada para os clientes, e a interna, voltada para os funcionários (um público de mais de 100 mil pessoas). Na Ouvidoria interna, as demandas mais recorrentes tratam da conduta profissional, do clima organizacional e das relações trabalhistas.
A Ouvidoria vai falar - Como você avalia a trajetória das ouvidorias no Brasil?
Ana Dantas - Ao longo dos últimos quatro anos, as ouvidorias públicas cresceram. Elas têm se tornado, cada vez mais, um instrumento pedagógico para o cidadão.

ResponderExcluirHands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
