Ouvidores e servidores de diversas instituições participaram do 5º Curso de Aperfeiçoamento em Ouvidoria Pública, promovido nos dias 9, 10 e 11 de junho, em Cuiabá.
Segundo a ouvidora-geral da União, Eliana Pinto, o Curso "é um espaço de debate democrático, aprofundamento do conhecimento e da reflexão, formulação de propostas e troca de experiências entre as ouvidorias públicas".
Especialistas ministraram aulas sobre os temas “Assédio Moral: um desafio para a Ouvidoria”, “Gestão de Ouvidoria: exercício cotidiano de cidadania”, “Carta de Serviços no contexto da GesPública”, “Mediação de Conflitos em Ouvidoria – um caminho para a justiça”, “Segurança da Informação e Denúncia Anônima” e “O Ouvidor e a arte de interagir com o cidadão”.
O Curso foi uma parceria da Ouvidoria-Geral da União com a Ouvidoria do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Mato Grosso, Ouvidoria Geral do Estado de Mato Grosso, Ouvidoria do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral, Ouvidoria da Prefeitura de Cuiabá e Junta Comercial do Estado de Mato Grosso.
